pg13.tv ("we", "us") is a non-commercial, educational movie and TV discovery project. This policy explains what limited information we handle and how.

Information we collect

• Basic request logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
• Optional watch-party room codes and chat messages you create.
• Donation transactions are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

Third-party services

We display metadata from TMDB, embed trailers from YouTube, and may link to public-domain films on the Internet Archive. Those services have their own privacy policies. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Children

pg13.tv enforces a PG-13 (or lower) ceiling on movie content and a TV-14 ceiling on TV content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by COPPA.
